Fabexpress Highway Residency Hotel - Mumbai

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location was perfect as it was just a short 10-minute drive from the airport. This made our arrival and departure very convenient. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They even went out of their way to print our travel tickets for free, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, making it a comfortable stay for our family of four. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Complimentary taxi to airport.

Seems like lots of building work going on and judging by the standard of the place they need it. Had to turn down first two rooms they offered as they were in such poor condition. Fixtures and fittings are in bad need of repair. Expensive internet access.

Conveniently located within a 10-minute drive from the airport. The staff at Fabexpress Highway Residency were friendly and accommodating. They were pretty good by offering a free pick-up from the airport at 3 am, very convenient. The rooms on the top floors were spacious and had large windows, providing a satisfactory stay. The prompt service and excellent cleanliness of the room were commendable. I appreciated the free printing service for travel tickets.

The food, I got sick.

This is very nearer to Domestic and International Airports. Apart from this, As I am an Ex emploeyee of Indian Overseas Bank and the Hotel is the Customer of the Bank prompted me to select this Hotel for my stay.

For airport pick up they have not charged but for droping they. Charged as against promised.Restaurent service is very slow and taking too much time.

the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent room service. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms on the top floors were impressive, with good interiors and a view for my family of four. The breakfast provided was also a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The pickup and drop-off to the airport was on time.

The facilities - there's no hot water in the room - even though I left the heater on for a long time. The guy at the desk when I checked out was a rude jerk - I'd paid for the room before I'd checked in - and he tried to bill me the same amount again during check out; but when I told him I'd already paid, he wasn't even willing to check his records - gave me a really dirty look and told me I "hadn't paid anything" - he only checked his draws for receipts after I dug out my Debit card receipt. Never going back to the hotel because of this guy now - I'd rather go somewhere I'm respected as a guest.

I liked the friendly staff, timely cleaning, and good room service. I had ordered couple of tea and used the telephone for local call, but they did not charge those in my bill. I was out for the whole day and upon return, two house-keeping staff came and did the room-cleaning and changed the bed-sheets, which they could not do in my absence as I had not left the room key with reception. A/C, hot & cold water, TV with cable channels everything worked all the time as per expectation. My room was little small in size but other room was available at Rs 200 (USD 5) extra per night. I had settled down and hence did not change.

The water clogged for a while in the toilet on the third morning. As that was my last use of the bathroom, I did not complain. Photos on the web, as is true with most hotels, was taken some time back. None of the rooms are so new. Rooms were clean but not as glitzy as shown in the pictures.

Nice bed, powerful AC and fans in the room. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Pick up service from airport. Able to store luggage after check-out. Easy to get a rickshaw into town.

No complaints.

All staff members were very co-operative. Timely pick up and well 0n time drop off to airport. Very nice fascilities. I would certainly recommond to my friends and other travellors.

This hotel is very close to the international and domestical airports and is in the real indian style!

The hotel is well, located, with easy access to the airport and all the sights. the staff is very polite and offers excellent room service. the hotel provides free drop, off service to the airport. the rooms are comfortable, with powerfully functioning AC and fans. the hotel offers clean towels, toilet paper, and water bottles for a small charge. the hotel provides good Indian, style food.

The bathroom and room may be a bit outdated and worn, which is common for the price range in India.

nothing, and not girl friendly, airport pickup was good would not stay there again

The location of the hotel was close to both domestic & international airport however the neraby locality of hotel was not good. Also the surroundings in hotel compartment was having garbge and poorly maintained.
